L'UVA E LA TERRA translated means "the grape and the soil" is made of 100% selected Trebbiano grapes. The fermentation takes place in cocciopesto amphora of 350 litres. The whole grape remains for one year in the amphora, together with the wine. Moreover, there is a micro-aeration, possible through the natural material cocciopesto all this allows a perfect maturation and the wine is finally full of character and very round.
